This was the perfect buying experience. I told Tariq what I was looking for and he listened. He showed me what I asked for, but then showed me what ACTUALLY ticked all the boxes. No pressure. I was dealing with regular people the whole time, no high pressure here. From the car, to the trade in, to the pricing, to the financing (thanks Mike!), it was a great experience. I will be back.
I bought a new Colorado my 10th new vehicle and by far was best purchasing experience by far. Dave in sales and Mike in finance were just great, made me feel comfortable and important to them. I love my new truck and I thank Dave and Mike for the help they provided.

Fantastic experience! After visiting at least a half dozen dealerships in Calgary and leaving frustrated on every occasion, I stopped in here with the same expectations on a visit to Edmonton. I can't place my finger on the difference here, but these guys made buying a vehicle painless and no question, are a cut above anyone else I've tried to deal with over the years. Bought a new AT-4 back in April. While purchasing, Derrick went above and beyond before and after I purchased the truck. Paper work was a breeze with Mike. We went to look at the denali ultimate on Saturday the 11th of May. While looking we met Neil Fricker. If you want amazingly patient sales man, Neil is your guy! We looked at the ultimate, a tahoe, a yukon at4, and a used denali and finally our beautiful blue Yukon denali! we just purchased a yukon from Derrick Bolton. he was super awesome great to deal with and listened to what we wanted and not try and sell us other stuff. he was also very personable kind and patient with us needing to tend to our little guys needs. was not pushy was great to have a good salesman for once. also Mike in fiance was great fast and efficient. Service at this dealership continues to go downhill. Workmanship is fine but communication with service advisors is of constant concern and the last number of visits have cost me additional time and/or money. Update : Service mgr followed up, listened to concerns and addressed them satisfactorily.

We have dealt with Schwab Chevrolet for about 30 years. Why? We stay and choose their products because they have the most amazing service staff. We have always found the sales staff and the financing staff to be the best as well. Also, everyone is very accomodating. Our recent issue was with a new Chevy Tax wiper blade. Unable to find a wiper blade that fit anywhere and finding that they were not in stock the service and sales person worked together and removed one from a new, non sold, vehicle for us. Schwab quick lube gets my Chevy in and out in a hurry. They check for any recalls and either repair what's needed or rebook the truck for follow up maintenance requirements.
Really great dealership. Even though we didn’t get a deal they really helped me out and were super reasonable with my situation. Amazing! I recently purchased a new truck from Schwab with the help of Sam and Adriana. Right from the first Email Sam was nothing but a class act professional. It's nice to see there is some salesmen left who care about the customer! I was having some issues with my truck delivery and Sam jumped on the problem and got it sorted our for me! This is the 8th company truck I've purchased and hands down the best service I've ever received ! Hats off to the entire team at Schwab.

We actually followed Dwayne from Lakewood to Schwab because his service and knowledge are way above anything we have gotten from the other dealership. It was quick and easy!
